From Hive to Bottle

We offer a pure raw honey with all the benefits. We do not use heat to harvest our honey. We do not use any fine filters to block out the healthy and beneficial particles that may cause the honey to crystallize. We simply slice off the wax cappings, spin the honey from the frames, then drain it through a 600 micron strainer into a bottle for you to enjoy. This is the healthiest way to harvest honey. You will be getting the maximum levels of beneficial enzymes, pollen, beeswax and propolis particles in our honey. All our honey comes from our 50+ beehives located in Glenview, Northbrook and Chicago. Please be aware that raw honey is not advised for infants under the age of 1.
